Functions: Communications - Invite Contacts
The Invite Contacts page is located under the Functions menu under Communications. Here admins can invite new contacts in bulk to sign in to their investment accounts based on several filtering criteria.

Access the Invite Contacts Feature
- Click on the Functions on the main page. Select Communications from the menu.
- Click the Invite Contacts tab and use the filters to locate which contacts to invite.
- Click the Send Invite button.
Set Criteria for Inviting Contacts
Admins can set search criteria for inviting contacts using the available filters. There are dropdown menus plus an optional tag selection available to narrow down your search when inviting contacts in bulk. Each filter is explained below.
- Contacts - select from a list of all contacts on the portal
- Fund - select from a list of all funds on the portal
- Activity - select from:
- Email Invite not sent - applies to any contact who has not yet received an invite.
- Password not reset - applies to any contact who has never previously been invited to the site or had their password reset, whether that be through using the Forgot your password functionality on the login page or having their password manually set by an admin.
- Never logged in - applies to any contact who has never logged into the site, regardless of whether they have been previously invited.
- Tags - select from the available tags in the system leverage the virtual tags to only invite investors and keep prospects from logging in, for example.
NOTE: Available filters may vary depending on any custom filters in your system.
