Functions: Statements

Sensr Portal allows you to easily generate and publish statements using default statement templates or creating your own.

How To Generate Statements

  1. Navigate to Functions and click on Statements.
  2. This takes you to the Investment Statements page which is organized with existing Statements at the top and Templates below.

  3. You have the option to use one of the default templates, edit/duplicate a template or you can create a new template or new statement.
    1. To create a new template
      1. click +Add Template to begin setting up your own template.
      2. Complete the fields as preferred. You can refer to the default templates for ideas.
      3. Click Create Statement Template when ready.
    2. To View/Edit/Duplicate a template
      1. Click the related option. For example, you may want to simply select View to understand how a template is layed out. Or, you may want to select Edit to modify the existing template to meet your needs. Selecting Duplicate allows you to copy and customize a default template to add to your system.
    3. To generate a new statement
      1. Click +Add Statement.
      2. Select your template, fund, and distribution timeline.
      3. Wait for the software to generate the statements.
      4. Select all statements (or a subset), and publish to the investment files.

NOTE: To add dynamic start and end date fields, add {start date} and {end date} to your templates.
