Add New Investors
To set up an investor profile, first create the profile and link all related investments by adding the associated contacts to the investor. This is especially useful when multiple contacts are involved
For example, to manage a private equity fund, such as an investor that is a pension fund, where the contacts are a set of multiple fund owners, or contacts who will need to have access to the investment in the portal.
Another scenario would be if an Investor made investments with multiple unit holders who need access to the investor's investments at various levels, you can create multiple contacts for each investing investor to manage this.
NOTE: Formerly, these were managed using Linked accounts to allow multiple contacts, such as unit holders or members of a trust, to access the investor's investments through the portal.
Add a Single Investor
- Select Investors from the main menu.

Click on +Add button.

- Enter the investor Name and complete the remaining fields as needed. *Ensure that the Name, Address, and SSN fields are all completed.
- Click Create Investor.
Add Contacts to an Investor
- From the related Investor page, click on Edit.
- Scroll down to the Contacts section.
- Click the +Add Contact button.
- Use the Contact menu to select the contact you want to add. If they are a primary owner, check the box.
- Click Add Contact.
NOTE: The Investor must be created before adding a contact.
Bulk Add Investors

From the Investors tab, click on the Download button and select the preferred template type: XLSX, CSV to download the template.

- On the downloaded template, add the investors you want to bulk add to the portal.
- Investor ID should be left blank
- Investor Name is mandatory
- Everything else is optional
- Click the Upload button when ready to bulk add the investors using the completed template.
