Change Investments View

The Investments tab displays all of the investments held by an investor. Simply click the Investments tab on the main page to access all of your investments.

The page is divided in two sections: Current Opportunities and Active Investments. Depending on how the system is set up, investors can toggle between two different views - Tiles View and Table View - as detailed below. Each section has interchangeable views and its own toggle so you can change view accordingly.

NOTE: The default view for each section is dependent on which line of business your system is configured for: private equity or commercial real estate.

Tiles View

The Tiles view on the Investments Tab is an effective way to view and access all the needed investments for most investors. Investments are divided into two sections and grouped by Current Opportunities at the top of the page by default, and Active Investments just below.

TIP: Leverage interchangeable views for both Current Opportunities and Active Investments on the same page to support your specific needs.

Table View

The Table view on the Investments Tab displays all investments in a table, grouped by Current Opportunities and Active Investments. The table view is optional when there is a higher volume of investments. Live search and filter options allows you to easily view and quickly access specific investments. Additionally, you can download multiple investments in one step in either CSV or XLSX format.

NOTE: Depending on how your portal is set up, you can switch the toggle to Table view to gain a more efficient vantage point of all investments. Keep in mind, if a Fund is being invested under multiple entity names, a list of all entities will appear in the Investor column.
