Search and Filter Documents

Available documents filters combined with a live search allow you to select specific criteria to narrow down the search results. This is particularly useful when you have a long list of documents in your portal.

How to Use Live Search and Filters

  1. Use the Search (spyglass icon) to type in key terms. As you type the table updates its results in real time to reflect your search.
  2. Alternately, use the different Filters to expand the available options.
    • All time - By default, the date filters display all time date range. Use the menu to select 3, 6, 12 months or a select a custom date range.
    • Fund - By default, the table displays all funds. Use the checkboxes to select specific funds.
    • Investor - By default, the table displays all investors. Use the checkboxes to select specific investors.
    • Folder - By default, the table displays all folders. Use the checkboxes to make your folder selections.


IMPORTANT: Use the check box to include documents with no assigned date in your results.

TIP: Click x Reset Filter to clear your criteria and start a new search.
