Search and Filter Documents
Available documents filters combined with a live search allow you to select specific criteria to narrow down the search results. This is particularly useful when you have a long list of documents in your portal.
How to Use Live Search and Filters
- Use the Search (spyglass icon) to type in key terms. As you type the table updates its results in real time to reflect your search.
- Alternately, use the different Filters to expand the available options.
- All time - By default, the date filters display all time date range. Use the menu to select 3, 6, 12 months or a select a custom date range.
- Fund - By default, the table displays all funds. Use the checkboxes to select specific funds.
- Investor - By default, the table displays all investors. Use the checkboxes to select specific investors.
- Folder - By default, the table displays all folders. Use the checkboxes to make your folder selections.
IMPORTANT: Use the check box to include documents with no assigned date in your results.
TIP: Click x Reset Filter to clear your criteria and start a new search.
