Aggregated Data Reports

All aggregated data report information is accessible under the Reports menu by selecting Aggregated Data. Reports are organized by data type tabs: Contributions, Distributions, and Financials. Each report can be filtered by the Fund, Investor and Status as well as be downloaded in CSV format as needed.

Contributions

The Contributions report displays all the contributions for all investors across all funds. Data tab Status and Total Contribution totals are available above the table. If there is any pending data on the table, the tab displays a pending status in addition to any pending amounts. Otherwise, it will show a Published status.

Distributions

The Distributions report displays all distributions for all investors across all funds. Data Tab Status and Total Distribution are available above the table. If there is any pending data on the tab, the tab displays a pending status in addition to any pending amounts. Otherwise, it will show a Published status.

Financials

The Financials report displays all the financials across all investors and funds. Data tab Status and financial totals - Total Commitments and Total Remaining Commitments - are available above the table. If there is any pending data on the tab, the tab displays a pending status in addition to any pending amounts. Otherwise, it will show a Published status.
