PDF Watermark
Sensr Portal has the ability to generate a dynamic watermark on PDF documents. This watermarks is visible:
- when an admins views or downloads a document
- when a contact views or downloads a document
- when an admin views or downloads a document as a contact
What is a watermark?
A watermark is a recognizable image, pattern, or text embedded into a document to indicate authenticity and ownership. Typically, a watermark is semi-transparent so that the underlying content is visible while marking the content as protected.
Watermarking is used to deter reproduction of a document, verify authenticity of a document. In some cases, watermarks are used to mark the document as confidential or draft to indicate restricted access.
Where is the Watermark visible?
The portal supports various opacities, orientations and system variables along with personalized information such as the name and/or email of the user accessing the document. To configure or change your watermark configuration, contact the portal support team.
