Fund Details Page: Bulk Uploads Tab

The Bulk Uploads tab located on the Fund page displays all pending and published uploads completed by admins in the system, limited to the related fund. Use the available filters to locate specific uploads and view status. Search capability includes Upload ID, date create, date published, and fund. The uploads can be viewed and managed by clicking on the Upload ID.

Upload Status

  • Draft
    • Files are not yet visible to either admins or contacts.
  • Processing
    • Files that are in the process of being uploaded.
  • Pending
    • Files are visible to admins only.
    • After Processing is completed, the status changes to Pending allowing admins to view the files as Pending across various areas of the portal.
    • If you delete an upload with a Pending status, the files will be deleted.
  • Published
    • Files are visible to both admins and contacts.
    • Once all files have been verified and published by the user, the status changes to Published. Revert to Pending will be an option after you select.
    • Published files can be re-hidden from contacts by clicking the Revert to Pending button.

IMPORTANT: For any Pending uploads, files that do not have matching investors on the Summary page cannot be previewed in the portal. To remedy this, you can either remove the files without matches OR match them manually to the correct investor on the Summary page.

  • A popup window appears to confirm the action and attempt to Publish all selected File Uploads. This includes:

    • Investor uploads in a pending status where each of the files has an investor matched to them.
