Include Contacts In Email Body

When sending a bulk file upload, the Email Wizard provides an option to include all contacts assigned to the investor that has access to the document in the email body. The main benefit is providing increase transparency to contacts regarding access to the document.

Use the Feature

1. Select a Bulk Upload filter and use the checkboxes to select which recipients to send the email. Click Save Changes then Continue.

2. Step 3: the Preview and Send Test Email features can be used to view how the email appears before sending. Refer to the samples below.
