How To Use Manage Actions Button on the Contacts Page
Login actions are a powerful way to require your contacts to provide you with up-to-date information, sign documents, or perform other tasks such as agreeing to new terms of use. You can create login actions in the Functions menu that apply to both the contact and the investment, however, it may be more convenient to do so directly from the Contacts page where you can view and assign actions only for the contact(s).
- Select the Contacts tab at the top to view all contacts in the portal.
- At the top of the page above the table click the Manage Actions button.
- From the Contacts menu, scroll down the list and select the contacts to enforce the actions.
- From the Actions panel, check the box next to the desired Action(s).
- Click the blue button to confirm your selections.
Note: For verification purposes, the blue confirmation button at the bottom is dynamic and adjusts to reflect your selections. For example, the sample above reads; Assign 1 Unique Action to 1 Contact.
