Tag Manager: Bulk Assign or Remove Tags from Contacts
Tags on Sensr Portal are a very useful way to manage your contacts, communications, property access, and other aspects of Admin responsibilities. You can read more about how to effectively use tags here.
IMPORTANT: Tags cannot be edited. You can only remove a tag assignment.
Tag Manager
The Tag Manager allows you to quickly assign or remove tags in bulk. The Tag Manager is located at the top of the Contacts tab via the Tags button. In addition to being able to assign tags to contacts, you can also either bulk assign or bulk remove tags.
Bulk Assign Tags
To assign tag(s) to one or more contacts, simply enter the tag(s) you would like to add to a group of contacts in the Tags to add: text box.
Once you have entered the tag(s), select the contact(s) you would like to assign the tags to in the list below.
- Once all relevant contacts have been selected, click the button next to the tag(s) stating Add to X contacts. Once confirmed, the tag(s) will be assigned to the selected contacts.
Bulk Remove Tags
- Similar to assigning tags, you can remove tags by entering the tags to remove in the text box next to Tags to remove.
Then select which users to remove these tags from and click Remove from X Contact's.
- Once all relevant contacts have been selected, click the button next to the tags(s) stating Remove from X contacts button. Once confirmed, the tag(s) will be removed from the selected contacts.
