How to Track the Status of Actions

The key benefit of tracking the status of actions in the Sensr Portal is that it allows administrators to identify and manage outstanding actions for different users and properties. Ultimately, tracking the status of actions enables administrators to pinpoint the following:

  • Where investments are in the process of completing subscription documents 
  • Whether or not users have updated their profile details
  • Whether or not the correct action is applied to the related user or investment

Tracking the Status of Actions

There are two ways to track the status of actions: 


Tracking the Status of Actions through the Actions Page

To view where an investment stands in their action workflow:

  1. Click on Functions —> Actions
  2. From there, you can view the number of users who have pending, completed, or cancelled actions. 
  3. Click View under the Manage column to see more detail regarding all the users who have been assigned this action. This is useful for general actions such as profile updates since this action applies to users across the system rather than investors in specific properties.

Tracking the Status of Actions at the Fund Level

To view the status of actions specific to investments at the fund level:

  1. Click on the Funds page and select the specific fund of interest.
  2. Click on the Actions tab that gives an overview of the action status for each investment.


3. Refer to the Status column to see status details such as which actions are pending or completed at the investment level. The Type column displays all actions that have been assigned to the specific investment.
