Set Filesystem Timeframe
There are a number of good reasons to add a date to uploaded files on your system. For example, it's important to have an accurate historical record of all files that have been uploaded to a fund or user page and document when a bulk file upload was completed. Or, perhaps you need to modify the date format on a previously uploaded file to make it easier to filter and locate the file by a date later on. Regardless of the reason why, setting the Filesystem Timeframe is always a good idea. Sensr Portal offers several different ways to set dates on uploaded files.
- Uploading a file at the fund
- Uploading a file to a contact
- When editing a file
- From the Investment Details
- During a Bulk File Upload
- When sending out a Statement
In addition, System Administrators are able to specify the preferred calendar type format when user tags permissions are enabled in various file-related instances. The five Calendar-Type date options are listed below:
- Day
- Month
- Quarter
- Year
- Custom Date Range
