View Pending Bulk Upload Docs
Admins can review any pending bulk upload documents within a saved batch that hasn’t been published yet. This allows admins to check the upload and make adjustments—such as changing file assignments or access levels—before publication in a pending status. There are three methods available for admins to view pending documents.
- Via the Bulk File Upload Report
- Via the Fund Page: Documents tab
- Via the View Site as Contact feature
NOTE: Pending bulk upload documents have a yellow PENDING status.
Pending Status
Once a pending bulk upload batch has been saved, a yellow status labeled PENDING is applied to the file and is visible only to Admins. The PENDING status will disappear only once the file is uploaded.

View Pending Bulk Upload Doc via the Bulk Upload report
From the main menu, click on the Functions > Documents. By default, you will land on File Uploads tab. Click here for more information on Bulk Uploads Page.
- Refer to the Status column on the far right and locate the Pending Bulk Upload.
- Click on its Upload ID to open File Upload Wizard and view the Bulk Upload.
- Make any changes and click Save or Upload when ready to publish.
Fund page: Documents tab
The pending file is also visible on the Fund page on the Documents tab. Click View Report to navigate to the File Wizard where you can view upload details. Here you can make any changes, verify the batch, and take the next action in uploading the files.

From the View Site as Contact Feature
When an admin clicks View Site as Contact from the contact's page to impersonate a contact, they will see any files with the PENDING status from a bulk upload batch. Simply navigate to the Documents tab of the investor portal to see any files with the yellow PENDING status, as indicated below.
NOTE: The Status Column and its corresponding filter are only visible to Admins. Further, Documents with the "Pending" status are also not visible to users. Refer to Functions: Permissions - Contacts for details.

Keep in mind, documents visibility on the Investor Portal are dependent on the Permission Manager while the folder is not. Therefore, a contact might be able to see a folder, but not necessarily it's content
