View Pending Bulk Upload Docs
Admins can view any pending bulk upload documents in a saved batch that has not been uploaded before publication. This gives admins the advantage of being able to review a bulk upload and make any changes to the upload, such as file assignment and access level, before it is published. Pending bulk upload documents are clearly marked with a yellow PENDING Tag. There are three different ways for Admins to view any pending files.

- Via the Bulk File Upload Report
- Via the Investment Details page
- Via the Fund Page: Files tab
- Via the View Site as Contact feature
Pending Tag
Once a pending bulk upload batch has been saved, a yellow tag labeled PENDING is applied to the file and is visible only to Admins. The PENDING tag will disappear only when you click UPLOAD.
TIP: Hovering over the PENDING tag displays the bulk upload date. Be aware, that once you click UPLOAD, the bulk upload batch will then be uploaded, and the yellow tag will disappear. Clicking SAVE, alternately, allows you to make changes and the yellow tag remains.
View Pending Bulk Upload Doc via the Bulk Upload report
From the main menu, click on the Functions > Documents. By default you will land on Bulk Uploads tab. Click here for more information on Bulk Uploads Page.
- Refer to the Status column on the far right and locate the Pending Bulk Upload.
- Click on its Upload ID to open File Upload Wizard and view the Bulk Upload.
- Make any changes and click Save or Upload when ready to publish.
View Pending Upload Docs via the Investment Details page
- From the Fund page, navigate to the Financials tab and click View next to the related investment.
- Under the Files section click on the related Folder to view the PENDING file.
- Click on the View Report link to open the Bulk File Upload Report to make any changes.
IMPORTANT: The image below is an example of what an Admin sees while viewing the pending file from the Investments Details page. Simply click on the View Report link to navigate directly to the bulk upload report where the file is located to make any changes.
Fund page: Documents tab
The pending file is also visible on the Fund page on the Documents tab, under the Files section. Click View Report for more details and to take the next action in uploading the batch of files. Here you can verify the batch before uploading or making any changes.
From the View Site as Contact
When an admin clicks View Site as Contact from the contact's page to impersonate a contact, they will see any files with the PENDING tag from a bulk upload batch. Simply navigate to the Documents tab of the investor portal to see any files with the yellow PENDING tag, as indicated below .
NOTE: Files with the PENDING tag in the contact portal are visible at any permission level set in the Grant Access to drop-down menu (ie: Admins only, Permission Manager, Admins, and Contacts)
IMPORTANT: Files that are marked with the yellow PENDING tag will not be shown to contacts who are logged in and can view the site. This tag is only applicable when an admin is viewing the site as a contact. The image below is an example of an Admin viewing the investor profile as the contact.
Keep in mind, documents visibility on the Investor Portal are dependent on the Permission Manager while the folder is not. Therefore, a contact might be able to see a folder, but not necessarily it's content
