Change Documents View

All the available documents investors have access to are located in the Documents tab. Simply click the tab to access all of your documents.

NOTE: Recently added documents on the Investor portal refers to any files that have been added to a folder within the last quarter (90 days). The Recently Added section will show the two most recent files that have been added to the folder.

Tiles View

By default, all of the documents a user has access to are displayed in Tiles view on the Documents Tab. This view shows all files grouped in folders by property/fund, with the most recently added documents listed at the top. The Tiles view is an effective way to view and access all the needed documents for most investors. Typically this is the only view investors will see unless your system is configured for multiple entity owners. In this case, an additional Table view is available.

Table View

In some Update Capital user portal systems, users can switch the toggle from Tiles view to Table view to gain a more efficient vantage point. The Table view displays all files in a table, allowing investors to filter and download multiple documents in one step and filter the documents in various ways. The table view is optimal when there is a higher volume of documents, as it allows entity owners to easily view and quickly access needed files.

TIP: User the live search bar and filters at the top to quickly locate a document. Or, click on the Date Created column to sort the list from most recent to oldest date.

How to Change Views
