Fund Details Page: Financials Tab
The Financials tab layout provides all financial standing information for the related fund. You can perform various functions here, such as filter view by Investor or Investor ID, as well as upload and download financial standing information for existing investors.
NOTE: All property types have been migrated and converted into fund types.

- Search and Filter options allow you to search and filter view based on Investor ID and Investor.
- Upload button allows you to upload financial standing information in XLSX or CSV format.
- Download button options provides either an XLSX or a CSV file so you can populate and upload any financial status changes.
- Add button to add a new investment.
Data Upload Requirements
It is important to understand the Financials table before you begin uploading data. The Financials table has the following standard fields:
- Partner ID refers to the Investor ID from Intacct.
- Investor ID refers to the system ID given to the investor by Sensr Portal.
- Investor refers to the name of the investor.
- Commitment refers to the amount committed.
- Date refers to the commitment date and/or investment date.
- Reporting Date refers to the day it was updated in the source system.
- Remaining Commitment refers to the remaining commitment amount.
- Net Asset Value (NAV), Cash Adjusted refers to a variant of NAV where only cash and cash equivalents are considered as assets.
- Net Asset Value (NAV) refers to the value of the fund's assets minus liabilities.
- Ownership refers to the percentage of ownership per investor.
- Manage column allows you to view and edit the investment.
NOTE: Configurable fields can be added, please reach out to the CS team for assistance. The system supports the upload and download of both standard and configurable fields.
How to Upload Financials Data
- Click the Download button on the Financials tab and select XLSX or CSV.
- On the downloaded file, ensure the number and order of columns match the table in the portal.
- Update the values as needed.
- Next, prepare the file and ensure the following:
- Validate the Investor ID and Commitment amounts are populated and that the remaining information is up to date.
- Remove any investors that are not part of this upload.
When the file has been modified accordingly and is ready, click the Upload button and select the relevant file format from the menu: XLSX or CSV.
- Select the file to upload.
A green banner appears to validate the file. Review the data before clicking Import.
- Upon successful upload, a second green banner appears notifying you that the upload successfully finished.
NOTE: Any errors will be listed in a yellow banner at the top of the page to alert you. The types of errors you may see include:
- Unexpected number of columns.
- Unexpected format for a column.
- Unexpected Investor ID.
- Missing required field.
- Incorrect file format.
*These errors must be resolved before a successful upload can be completed.
How to Download Financial Data
To export all financial data for a fund, simply click on the Download button.
The downloaded file includes all financial data and related details.
