What is the Audit Log?

The primary objective of the Audit Log is to log the various actions of contacts and admins in Sensr Portal . The Audit Log is designed to address three different scenarios:

  • Allow Admins to understand what, or if a specific contact (or a set of contacts/admins) has access to.
  • Explain how a certain item is created, updated, or deleted in the system.  For example, how an existing file was deleted.
  • Allow Admins and Sensr Portal to easily debug certain scenarios, such as API/Zapier changes, and address support questions.
  • Allow Admins to view 2FA event types to capture email and app 2FA enablement and removal.

What types of operations are included in the Audit Log?

  • Creation, update, and deletion of items.
  • View operations and some button clicks at the controller level.
  • View audit log types.
  •  Filesystem operations.
  • Email and App based 2FA enablement and removal.
  • Whenever an Investor interacts with a login action (e.g., subscription document agreement)
