Audit Log Overview
The Audit Log is visible as a report located in the Reports menu. The page is organized into three tabs: General, Document Access and AI Chatbot. The Audit Log includes a comprehensive log of the various actions taken by all contacts and admins in Sensr Portal such as:
- Filesystem operations
- Creation, update, and deletion of items, such as documents
- Operations and button clicks at the controller level
- Interactions between contacts and the SensrAI Chatbot
- Investor interactions with a login action (e.g., subscription document agreement)
NOTE: The Audit Log activity is not exposed to investors and is therefore only visible to Sensr Portal client Admins, as well as Sensr Portal authorized staff and employees with the correct access.

The Audit Log is designed to address four different scenarios:
- Explain how a certain item is created, updated, or deleted in the system.
- Understand if/what a specific contact (or a set of contacts/admins) has access to.
- Debug certain scenarios, such as API changes, and address support questions.
- View 2FA event types to capture email and app 2FA enablement and removal.
- Review interactions btween contacts and the SensrAI chatbot.
General Tab
Under the General tab, you will find all logged events. You can use the search bar or filter your view by type. The table includes all logged events defined by:
- Date/Time
- ID
- Type
- Description

Document Access Tab
Under the Document Access tab, you will find a log of all documents that have been read, downloaded, deleted, and viewed by and on which browser, device, and from what IP address. You can use the available search to narrow down results based on File ID, document name, fund, and contact name, and filter your view by date range, Fund and Viewed By to sort results. If needed, use the Download button to export a copy.

AI Chatbot Tab
Under the AI Chatbot tab, you will find a log that captures all interactions between contacts and the SensrAI chatbot. Session activities are organized by Contact. Use the available search to locate specific session details based on Session ID, Contact, Email, Prompt and Reply. Alternately, use the available filters to filter by Date, and Contact to view results. If needed, use the Download button to export a copy.
NOTE: The date filter, by default, is set to show interactions within the last month. Adjust the date filter accordingly to show interactions within the relevant timeframe

TIP: Use the Expand and Collapse links to hide or show all Prompt and Reply details
