Fund Details Page: Documents Tab
The Documents tab located on the Fund page displays all the investor and fund documents and folders associated with the fund. By default, folders are grouped at the top of the table with individual documents listed below. Here you can use the available filters to view, edit, move, or remove documents and folders as well as add a new folder, download all documents or perform a bulk file upload. This includes any pending documents which will be easily detected by a yellow tag.
NOTE: The Images section has been moved to the Funds page, refer to the Fund Details Page: Overview.
The Documents table has the following columns
- Documents - folders are always grouped at the top
- File ID - the system ID for a file
- Date created - the date the file was created
- Date published - the date the file was published
- Upload ID - the hyperlinked Bulk Upload ID associated with the file
- Investor ID - the hyperlinked Investor associated with the file
- Investor - the name of the investor
- Created by - the name of the admin who created the file
- Status - Published or Pending
- Manage - Edit or Delete a file
Add Folders
Add folders by clicking on +New Folder. Enter the folder name and a folder will be created. By default, the folder is visible to Admins and Contacts. Folder access will be governed by the Contact Permissions.
TIP: To add documents into the folders, refer to the File Wizard.
Edit Folders
- Click Edit under the Manage column to modify the folder name.
- Access types include Permission Manager and Public.
Download Documents
To download documents, apply the necessary filters and click Download. All resulting documents will be downloaded in a Zip folder and available in the Notifications Center.
NOTE: Download feature will download all published and pending documents across all paginated pages of the Fund. Checkboxes are used exclusively for moving or deleting documents and folders.
Move Documents /Folders
To move documents/folders begin by using the check boxes on the left-hand side to indicate the selected documents/folders. Then click the Move button and select the desired destination location in the popup and click OK.
Once a document or folder is successfully moved, a green banner appears at the top of the page summarizing the completed action.
IMPORTANT: If the selected folder has the same name as the destination folder, you will have to change the names accordingly to complete the move.
Delete Documents
To delete documents, apply the necessary filters, select the documents or folders you want to remove and click Delete. A popup appears asking to confirm the action.
IMPORTANT: When deleting document, be advised this is a irreversible action. Any documents deleted in error will need to be reuploaded to the system.
