Notifications
Admins can monitor the real-time progress of file uploads and exports in the Notification Center easily accessible under the bell icon. All Notifications are also accessible under the Reports > Notifications where you can use the filter and search options to drill down results.
Notifications Center
The bell icon displays any Unread notifications in real time that need attention. You can also click View all to see all notifications directly in the Notification Report as indicated in the image above.
NOTE: Clicking Clear All will clear all notifications for all admins in the system. Be advised you can navigate to the Notifications Report - indicated below - to access all notifications in the system at any given time.
Notifications Report
All notifications can be accessed by clicking on View All from the Notifications center menu. Use the advanced search and filters options available and Download CSV option to download the report.
Filter and Search
To locate a specific instance, you can search using terms from the description and additional details. Alternately, you can filter your search by type and status:
- Filter by
- All time - All time, 3 / 6 / 12 months, Data range
- Category - Fund, Investor
- Type - Emails, Documents, Profile Change, and Investment Requests
- Status - Approved, Dismissed, Pending
Notifications Report Table Column Headers
| Date | The date/time when the upload took place |
| Category | Fund, Investor, Contact. |
| Type | The type of fuction that triggers the notification. (ie, Documents, Emails, etc) |
| Description | Contains details about the notification and who made it. |
| Status | Accepted, Approved, Pending, Dismissed |
| Manage | Review, Activate, Dismiss, Approve, Decline. *all hyperlinked for admins to take action |
