Alerts and Notifications
System administrators have two ways to be notified of the various activies captured in Sensr Portal:
Alerts
Green and yellow alert banners appear at the top of the screen as various tasks are completed. Green alerts appear to notifiy admins of successful task completion, such as when an action has been updated, or when an email has been queued for sending to recipients.
Yellow alerts appear to notify admins of any error messages that may occur, for example, when trying to upload data or send an email (see samples below)
Notifications
Expect to see any notifications requiring an action visible on the respective page, in the Notifications Center indicated by the bell icon, and directly on the Notification Report located under the Reports menu. Refer to the sample image below that displays a notification of when bulk file uploads is ready for review.
