Fund Details Page: Access Tab
The Access tab displays a list of all contacts with access to a fund and allows for easy editing of permissions. There are two methods in which in a contact can gain access to a fund:

Contacts assigned to investors | Full access to investors that are invested in fund. |

Contacts not assigned to Investors | Limited access to investors that are not invested in fund. For example, when an investor needs to view a holding they are not directly invested in or to showcase a new current opportunity to a new investor |

Contacts Assigned to Investors
Contacts invested in the fund are granted access to the fund, which can be further refined as needed. Here you can do multiple things to manage contact permissions for investors, such as:
- View the folders each contact can access.
- Filter the list by investor or contact.
- Edit existing access by clicking the Edit button, which opens the Permission Manager.
- Upload and Save to manage bulk access for contacts and investors. The Save XLSX and Upload XLSX buttons are mostly used for onboarding purposes.
Edit Contact Permissions
- On the Access tab use the dropdown menu to Filter by Investor or Filter by Contact as needed. You can select multiple options available when filtering.
- Then click the Edit button to view the Edit Permissions page.
- Use the checkboxes to tick each section to determine if the contact will have document and/or email permissions for the named folder matching the column header in the fund. Use the Data column to set financial data permissions
- Click Save.
Contacts Unassigned to Investors
This feature can be used to provide limited access to a contact who is not directly invested in the fund. For example, to an holding of a fund.
On the table, click use the Add Contact or Add Tag buttons to manage who can access a fund. Click on Revoke access to remove access. Be sure to click Save when done.
