View Pending Data
Similar to the concept of Pending documents, pending data is only visible to admins. The Data Wizard uploads all financial data to the system with a Pending status. Admins can then review the data before it is Published to investors on various pages.

Pending Data Visibility
1 - Data Tab Status - if there is any pending data on the tab, the tab displays a pending status. Otherwise, it will show a Published status.
2 - Totals - indicates the pending and published total amounts
- Published Totals only include totals the investors can see.
- Pending Totals display the total that also includes pending figures.
3 - Status column - indicates whether each row is published or pending.
TIP: Click the Upload ID to view details on a separate browser tab.
From the View Site as Contact Feature
When an admin clicks View Site as Contact from the contact's page to impersonate a contact, they will see any data uploads with the PENDING tag in the status column as well as pending totals indicated in yellow. Simply navigate to the Investments tab on the investor portal and click on the related fund to see PENDING data.
IMPORTANT: Data uploads that are marked with the yellow PENDING status will only be visible to admins when viewing the site as a contact. The image below is an example of an Admin viewing the investor profile as the contact.
